Artbreeder employs AI to enable users to craft art in two distinct ways. First, with “Collager,” users sketch simple shapes and describe the elements they envision in the image; the AI then integrates these described objects into pre-drawn shapes.
On the other hand, “Splicer” permits users to blend and tweak images by adjusting various parameters using an intuitive slider (age, gender, colors, and more). Users can upload up to 3 images at no cost. It’s worth noting, however, that the original image processing time can stretch up to 1 hour, a duration notably longer than what other tools typically require.
